This energetic position involves managing front desk activities during the night shift, reconciling daily financial transactions, and maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or staying overnight, while also supporting the overall management of hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Manage front desk operations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures Conduct nightly audits by reconciling financial transactions, verifying account accuracy, and preparing reports for management review Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and procedures Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property throughout the night Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly with effective problem-solving skills and positive communication techniques Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently in case of incidents or emergencies, coordinating with relevant departments as needed Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being during overnight hours Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional manner Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred but not required Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests while enjoying a rewarding career in hospitality!
