Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, handle late-night inquiries, and maintain the security and integrity of the hotel property. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving after hours while ensuring all administrative and safety procedures are flawlessly executed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight service, combining hospitality management with operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to maintain accurate financial records. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently via phone or in person, providing outstanding customer service at all times. Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls as needed. Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and walk-in guest needs during overnight hours. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk services. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle guest relations effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations better. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional interaction. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety. Previous hotel experience or resort background is preferred to quickly adapt to our operational needs.
