The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. Located in one of Indianapolis' most recognizable historic buildings, our recently renovated 188-room hotel blends modern comfort with timeless character. Paid time off from Day 1 401(k) enrollment after 30 days Hotel and travel discounts at destinations worldwide Professional development and advancement opportunities Free parking Opportunity to grow with First Hospitality What you'll be doing: Welcome late-night arrivals and create a warm, professional first impression Assist guests with requests, questions, and service recovery needs throughout the overnight shift Complete the nightly audit process accurately and on time Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all financial records are balanced Process guest check-outs and verify billing accuracy Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information and hotel records Monitor hotel activity and respond appropriately to overnight situations Communicate important updates, guest concerns, and operational issues to the morning team Promote Hilton Honors and hotel amenities when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures You'll thrive in this role if you: Enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities Have exceptional attention to detail Stay calm and professional under pressure Take pride in helping guests and solving problems Are reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Appreciate a flexible schedule and a team-oriented environment

Requirements:
