Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. This energetic role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain accurate financial records, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks that keep the hotel running smoothly through the night. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight shifts, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a friendly attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain front desk operations by managing multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to document nightly activities and any issues encountered Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property to ensure guest safety and hotel security standards are upheld Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility concerns promptly Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Knowledge of hotel management software systems for reservations, billing, and audits Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail under minimal supervision Effective communication skills to coordinate with various departments and respond to guest needs confidently This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
