Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, working weekends to ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. In this energetic role, you will be the key point of contact during the late-night hours, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their overnight experience is smooth, safe, and memorable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality management and guest relations in a lively, fast-paced setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins using hospitality reservation systems ,Property Management Systems (PMS). Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries with professional phone etiquette, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Conduct the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating guest accounts, and preparing reports for management. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform visual inspections of public areas to ensure safety and adherence to hotel emergency procedures. Handle guest requests, resolve customer service issues promptly, and communicate effectively with clients to enhance guest satisfaction and guest relations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to facilitate smooth overnight operations and support overall hotel management. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel customer service is highly preferred. Proficiency with property management systems such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation platforms. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns efficiently. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services best practices, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle client interactions professionally. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
