Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay Manage overnight check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Conduct the nightly audit process by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing financial reports accurately Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, offering solutions with excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills Monitor security systems, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours Handle multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and emergency responders as needed Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service and guest relations Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes is essential Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is key Join us in delivering memorable guest experiences while advancing your career in hospitality management!
