Responsibilities Greet guests arriving during the night shift with a friendly and professional attitude, providing excellent guest services. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately. Balance daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records.
