In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries. Your friendly demeanor and multitasking skills will ensure smooth operations at the front desk, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment. Whether handling reservations or assisting with guest requests, your proactive approach will help foster guest satisfaction and loyalty in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the property Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Assist with guest relations by offering local recommendations and resolving issues proactively Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Experience in front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments Knowledge of guest relations strategies to enhance overall guest experience This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the hospitality experience.
