Job Description

ob Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Provide exceptional guest relations by offering assistance with requests and information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Night cleaning duties Experience Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, particularly in front desk operations or hotel management. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual skills are highly desirable. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.
