Overnight (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Join Our Team! Holiday Inn Express Topeka North is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations while providing exceptional guest service and completing daily accounting and reporting tasks. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner. Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions. Balance room revenue, cash receipts, and other financial records. Prepare and distribute daily reports for management. Monitor hotel security and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members. Answer phone calls and process reservations as needed. Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready. Assist with light housekeeping or operational tasks when necessary. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred. Night audit experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
