Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience seamless service during overnight hours. In this vital role, you will oversee the nightly financial reconciliation, guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintain the safety and security of the hotel premises. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries using exceptional customer service skills. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage, performing safety checks of the premises, and controlling access to the hotel. Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies with a calm and solution-oriented approach. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial activities, guest incidents, and operational issues for management review. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while providing clear communication with guests, staff, and emergency responders. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong background in night audit procedures or front desk responsibilities within a resort or hotel environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and phone etiquette is essential for smooth operations. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and attention to detail is highly valued.
