You're a great fit for this role if you love… Performing nightly audit procedures to accurately reconcile daily financial transactions, room revenue, payments, and operational reports. Balancing and closing the day's financial activity while preparing accurate reports for hotel leadership. Welcoming overnight arrivals and providing efficient, personalized check-in and check-out experiences. Serving as the primary overnight point of contact for guest requests, questions, and service recovery opportunities. Maintaining a calm, secure, and welcoming hotel environment throughout the overnight shift. Monitoring lobby activity and conducting scheduled property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Responding confidently to overnight emergencies while following established safety, security, and emergency procedures. Partnering with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other hotel departments to address overnight operational needs. Maintaining accurate guest reservations, room status, billing information, and confidential financial records. Preparing the Front Desk, lobby, and guest service areas for a smooth transition to the morning team. Maintaining a polished, organized, and professional Front Office throughout every shift. Previous Front Desk, Night Audit, Guest Services, or hotel experience preferred. Luxury, boutique hotel, or upscale hospitality experience preferred. Experience using property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale systems, and basic accounting procedures preferred. Strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently while making sound decisions during overnight operations. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and other schedules based on business needs. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and move throughout the hotel during the shift. Ability to conduct overnight property inspections and respond to guest needs throughout the hotel. Ability to operate computers, telephones, property management systems, payment systems, and standard office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
