Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold exceptional guest services while maintaining the safety and security of the hotel. Your multilingual skills and hospitality management expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their overnight experience is smooth, secure, and memorable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight operations, blending customer service excellence with operational precision. Duties Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies efficiently Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent guest communication Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to ensure hotel security standards are maintained Assist guests with late-night requests, complaints, or special needs to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues promptly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences around the clock!
