Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing front desk activities, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the safety and security of our property. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or needing assistance during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Perform nightly reconciliation of financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Ensure all guest accounts are accurate, complete, and balanced before closing each shift Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and managing access control for staff and visitors Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts Enforce hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and evacuation plans, to safeguard guests and staff during overnight hours Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices is advantageous Experience working in resort environments or with hospitality reservation systems will set you apart Excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills are crucial for handling inquiries professionally This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a lively hospitality setting.
