About Us Candlewood Suites Louisville Airport is an extended‑stay hotel focused on delivering reliable service, a welcoming environment, and consistent operational excellence. We are seeking a dependable Night Auditor who can support overnight operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. Position Summary The Part-Time Night Auditor oversees front desk operations during the overnight shift, completes nightly audit procedures, and provides exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit tasks using Hotel Key PMS Reconcile daily revenue, payments, and financial reports Prepare and distribute end‑of‑day summaries Assist guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries Monitor hotel security and conduct routine safety walks Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Address guest concerns professionally and promptly Uphold IHG brand standards and hotel policies Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Experience with Hotel Key PMS strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Schedule & Compensation Part-time | 11 PM - 7 AM 2-3 nights per week (weekends/holidays as needed) Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for cross‑training and advancement
