Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Fairfield Inn Louisville East. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours. This position is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits and ensure accuracy of all accounts. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing excellent customer service. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest relations. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and organized. Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests. Uphold security protocols during night shifts to ensure guest safety. Experience Previous experience in hotels is required. FOSSE experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
