Job Summary Are you a night owl, a college student looking for flexible hours, a retiree seeking an engaging second job, or someone who thrives during nighttime hours?
  • Pay:
    $10.00 per hour Part-time Schedule
  • Every Sunday & Monday (or "Any two consecutive nights per week" if flexible)
  • 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 16 hours per week after training
Training:
The first two weeks of training will provide up to
  • 30 hours per week
  • to ensure you are comfortable with all aspects of the position before transitioning to the regular schedule.
Position Summary:
Holiday Inn Express is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Night Auditor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet environment while providing excellent customer service to our overnight guests. The Night Auditor is responsible for completing the daily audit process, assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, balancing daily financial transactions, and helping prepare the hotel for the next business day.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • Answer phones and respond to guest requests
  • Complete the nightly audit and balance daily transactions
  • Prepare reports for hotel management
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
  • Perform light housekeeping or laundry duties as needed during downtime
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel overnight
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Qualifications:
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Cash handling experience is a plus
  • Hotel experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate. Benefits
