Night Auditor

Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and reports Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism and efficiency Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts Assist with guest services such as concierge duties, providing local information, transportation arrangements, and special requests Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially in front desk or night audit functions Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel experience systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and property management software Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock.
