Job Description
Job Summary:
- The Shift time is 10PM
- 6AM We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Duties:
- Opera experience strongly preferred
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including guest accounts and payment records.
- Process and reconcile guest payments, ensuring all charges are accurate and complete.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize hotel software and phone systems to manage guest information and resolve technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is required.
- Experience with hotel software and phone systems is an asset.
- Prior experience as a Night Auditor.
Skills:
