URGENTLY HIRING
•Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management or hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during nighttime hours. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information as needed. Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Assist with any administrative tasks as required by management. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services and front desk operations. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during nighttime hours. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences for all guests.
