Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Night Auditor. This position requires the applicant to have a flexible work schedule. The Night Auditor position is the face of the hotel. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exemplary service in all guest interactions, whether in person or over the phone. The position requires being on your feet for eight hours or more at a time, being able to multitask and think critically, an ability to empathize with guests when presented with a problem as well as being able to take ownership of that problem and provide a memorable resolution to the satisfaction of our guests. Effective and consistent communication is an absolute must for this position, as well as the ability to take initiative and understand the importance of the role the position plays in the success of the hotel. The position requires answering incoming calls on the hotel phone line using proper phone etiquette, managing guest reservations, checking in or checking out guests and providing information about the hotel and local area, maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area, proper cash handling, proper key control, and other special projects assigned by the supervisor. Applicants should be energetic, friendly, dedicated, honest, reliable, and possess a true spirit to serve. Previous PEP experience is preferred, and a minimum of one year previous hotel front desk experience is required. Social distancing measures have been implemented at the property as well as additional cleaning responsibilities for all staff members including the front desk. Sanitizing keys, the front desk workstations, equipment, coffee station and business center are now a necessary part of this position.
