Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a seamless overnight operation at our vibrant hotel or resort. In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable experiences for our guests during their stay, all while managing administrative tasks that keep our hotel running smoothly through the night. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first and last impression Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes with accuracy and efficiency Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly documented Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or property issues during your shift Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably as a Night Auditor or in a similar role Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests Bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing guest relations in multicultural environments Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Knowledge of hotel management software systems and basic accounting procedures for night audits Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences while honing your skills in hotel management!
