Night Auditor (Full-Time) Choice Hotels or IHG Branded Property

• Kenner & Metairie, LA Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at one of our hotels in the Kenner or Metairie area.

This position may be assigned to either a Choice Hotels or an IHG-branded property, depending on business needs. This overnight role is critical to ensuring smooth hotel operations, accurate financial reporting, and a high-quality guest experience aligned with brand standards. • 15 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures in accordance with assigned brand standards (Choice or IHG) Reconcile daily financial transactions, room revenue, and payments Ensure accuracy of guest accounts, billing, and reporting systems Provide exceptional guest service, including overnight check-ins and check-outs Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Maintain safety and security of the property overnight Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-compliant front desk and lobby Assist with front desk operations during other shifts as needed Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred (brand experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Familiarity with hotel systems (e.
