Front Desk/Night Auditor

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
• Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and maintaining a secure environment
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
• Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures is desirable
