Coordinate with other departments ( i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure the quality service is provided to all guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight shifts with professionalism and warmth. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with efficiency and courtesy. Handle multi-line phone systems to respond to guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications promptly. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting for the hotel's accounting records. Address guest concerns with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their stay. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and ensure all guest information is accurately documented. Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel systems preferred. Phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems required. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Pay:
