This position offers flexibility with per diem or as-needed scheduling, perfect for those seeking part-time overnight work in a vibrant downtown location. Key Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and reconciling daily transactions Ensure all guest accounts are accurately processed and maintained Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain security and safety protocols during overnight hours Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs as needed Support other front desk and administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, accounting, or front desk operations preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Flexibility to work on a per diem or as-needed basis Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight hours (11pm - 7am) At Hilton Garden Inn Worcester, we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that values growth and teamwork.
