Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor on weekends, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and welcoming overnight experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional guest services that leave a lasting impression. Your proactive approach will help maintain the highest standards of hospitality while supporting the seamless operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly and professional service at the front desk. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and ensuring safety procedures are followed throughout the property. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to guests and staff as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial reconciliations for management review. Support guest relations by offering local information, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a welcoming environment during overnight hours. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a busy hotel setting. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm during late-night hours. Hospitality industry experience preferred; familiarity with resort environments is a plus. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security.
