Duties Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying reservations, billing, and payments to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Respond promptly to guest needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service that enhances guest satisfaction and loyalty Handle multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations and future audits Assist with guest relations by providing local information, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations preferred but not necessary Some background in night audit procedures and front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment preferred but not necessary Multilingual abilities (bilingual skills) are a significant advantage for engaging with diverse guests effectively Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving concerns professionally Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards in a hospitality setting Knowledge of hotel management software systems is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to work overnight shifts maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your dedication to guest satisfaction.
