  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.
The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks related to hotel management and guest relations. Duties Perform night audit functions, including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Assist guests with reservations, information about hotel amenities, and local attractions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations throughout the hotel or resort. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in guest services or resort environments is an advantage.
