In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and financial transactions. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during the night hours, ensuring their experience is smooth, safe, and memorable. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality management and guest relations to shine in a fast-paced, lively setting. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth. Verify guest reservations, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Monitor hotel security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control to ensure safety throughout the property. Prepare detailed night audit reports, including daily revenue summaries and incident logs. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain front desk operations by managing multi-line phone systems, handling guest requests, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards to foster positive guest relations during overnight hours. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Expertise in night audit procedures, front desk operations, and hotel management software. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution. Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of guest services, hotel policies, and resort operations to ensure smooth nightly functions. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members across departments and enhance overall guest experiences.
