Duties Greet and assist guests during late-night arrivals and early departures with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer service through phone communication and face-to-face interactions Perform nightly financial audits by reconciling reservations, payments, and billing using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation systems Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and incident reports Monitor security cameras and conduct property inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed, including hotel emergency procedures Respond promptly to guest requests or issues related to room accommodations, amenities, or services, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and unresolved issues for management review Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction during transition periods Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong understanding of front desk functions and guest services Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations across diverse populations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond effectively in urgent situations Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and the ability to resolve client concerns efficiently Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred for familiarity with high-volume environments Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence throughout the night shift!
