Night Audit (3rd shift 11p-7a) Full & Part Time Hilton Home2 Suites Grand Rapids North Grand Rapids, MI Job Details Part-time $14 - $16 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications In-person customer service Data accuracy checks Full Job Description The new Hilton Homewood Suites is currently accepting applications for full and part time positions on our Night Audit 3rd Shift working 11p-7a. This would be a great position for someone retired, or someone looking for extra part time income. The audit shift has a variety of responsibilities; assists guests with their overnight requests, performs guest check-ins, books reservations, and oversees the hotels audit systems. The Night Auditor reconciles all corporate and guest accounts through the hotels point of sales systems, balances cash and credit card transactions, reviews beginning and ending shift balances, and prepares daily management reports.
Responsibilities:
Completes shift checklist Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations Respond to inhouse guest inquires, requests, and guest relations issues. Reconcile accounts Balance the cash drawer and log receipts Reviews inhouse guest balances and ensures payments have been processed Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts and system errors Completes reporting process, and sends audit reports to management Maintains the cleanliness of the lobby and public areas Assists with pre-set up of guest breakfast.
Requirements:
An eye for detail and accuracy Organized and able to work independently Good problem solving abilities Strong customer service skills The ability to multitask Availability to work overnight 11p-7a Hotel/audit experience desirable, however we will train the right individual with a stable work history, good work ethic, and solid attendance habits.
