In this vital role, you will oversee guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, handle financial reconciliations, and provide exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late-night check-ins and check-outs using front desk systems. Manage overnight reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Conduct nightly financial reconciliations, including balancing cash drawers and updating accounting records. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property during the night shift.
