This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide outstanding guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue generated. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Skills Proficiency in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles. Experience in hotel management or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
