In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver exceptional guest services during the late-night hours. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight team, ensuring smooth operations while providing a warm, professional presence for our guests. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting property inspections, and controlling access to secure areas of the hotel. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests or staff as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports outlining financial summaries, guest activities, incidents, and operational notes for management review. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight facility issues swiftly and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous night audit experience is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle guest relations professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; familiarity with resort or hotel environments is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial accuracy and security procedures. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and motivation. Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is desirable.
