! $20.00 Per Hour - Includes Medical/Travel Allowance Pay Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. This energetic role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining guest satisfaction, and safeguarding hotel assets. As a Night Auditor, you will deliver exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks that keep the hotel running smoothly through the night. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests even after hours. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls and providing information as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily hotel operations. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk procedures is desirable. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment during overnight hours. Familiarity with guest services, resort operations, and hospitality standards is advantageous.
