Job Description
Overview We are looking for an experienced Hotel Night Auditor to join our growing team! Hotel Night Auditor responsibilities include reconciling all credit card transactions, running nightly front desk reports, and assisting hotel guests during their stay. Responsibilities Reconcile all credit card transactions and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Process additional administrative and accounting procedures Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Education and Experience Minimum of 1 year in Hotel Night Auditor or other Service Experience Minimum of High School education, Post-High School education preferred
