Greet and assist guests with late-night check-ins, check-outs, requests, and general information.Night Audit:
Reconcile daily financial transactions, balance the front office accounting records, and compile necessary financial reports.Financial Management:
Process cash and credit card payments, manage cash drawers, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.Security Monitoring:
Monitor the hotel lobby and property for security and safety, responding to incidents as needed.Guest Assistance:
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner, providing information about hotel services and local areas.Technical Operations:
Use hotel management software (PMS) for various tasks, including accessing reservation records, processing payments, and inputting data.Essential Skills and Qualifications Customer Service:
Ability to provide a friendly and attentive experience for guests.Bookkeeping:
