Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team and ensure smooth overnight operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during nighttime hours, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that arise. Your main goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall hotel management. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent guest services in a hospitality setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins or early check-outs, ensuring a positive experience. Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management. Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and billing details using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction. Support front desk operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating guest information. Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk roles is preferred but not required. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members from various backgrounds. A background in guest relations, hospitality, or resort environments will help you succeed in this role.
