As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
• Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
• Assisting guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
• Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Performing night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Strong front desk and guest relations skills
• Excellent hospitality and customer service abilities
