Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will ensure the accuracy of daily financial transactions, uphold guest satisfaction, and maintain the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will create a seamless experience for guests arriving or departing during the night shift. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality and guest relations. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators for management review. Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during late hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain front desk operations by answering phone calls with professional phone etiquette, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with enthusiasm. Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs efficiently and enhance overall guest relations. Requirements General knowledge of computers. Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations. Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with courteous phone etiquette. Pay:
