Job Description

Night Auditor 5970 Metro Way SW, Wyoming, MI 49519 $15 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time $15 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time Duties:
    We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to providing a positive experience for our guests. Must Have open availability 11PM-7AM Monday
  • Friday Saturday ,
Sunday Responsibilities:
  • Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments
  • Prepare daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest folios
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions during the night shift
  • Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols
  • Clean and prepare public areas
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
  • Excellent guest relations skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficient phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and assist guests with their needs
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Join our team as a Night Auditor and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
