Night Auditor

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a critical role in our hotel operations, as you will be responsible for reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and assisting guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have. ```Duties```

• Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, including balancing revenue and expense accounts
• Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates, revenue summaries, and guest account balances
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in night audit or a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for hotel operations
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
