Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of the front desk. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring all overnight procedures are executed efficiently and accurately. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills and guest relations talents during the night shift. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor hotel security systems, conduct routine safety inspections, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure all records are complete and accurate. Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person using excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, providing local information, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and hotel facilities are well-maintained overnight. Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating multilingual communication skills (bilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse guests effectively. Experience Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, customer service excellence, and hotel management software systems. Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and tact. Bilingual skills in additional languages enhance communication with our diverse clientele. Experience in night audit functions, including financial reconciliation and report generation, is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality standards, and phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
