Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations to maintain the highest standards of hospitality management. Your multilingual skills and hotel management expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight service, delivering smooth operations and memorable guest interactions. Duties Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, verifying all transactions, charges, and reservations for accuracy. Manage front desk responsibilities during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with exceptional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to enhance guest relations and satisfaction. Monitor hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed and documenting incidents accurately. Handle multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and emergency responders as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review. Maintain a professional presence at the front desk while managing reservations through hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS). Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a night audit or front desk role. Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or similar PMS platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential. Exceptional phone communication skills, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism. Previous resort experience or working within a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest services is preferred. Pay:
