Night Auditor/Front Desk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused person to join our team at Best Western Plus. In this position, you will be responsible for: Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Performing nightly audits of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments. Addressing guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the shift. Prepare and submit nightly reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance. Ensure hotel security and cleanliness throughout the night. Breakfast set up.

Preferences:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
