Night Auditor

Job Summary Part Time Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the hotel during the night shift, ensuring all guest needs are met, and maintaining the smooth operation of the establishment. Duties

• Conducting the nightly audit process accurately
• Checking in late-arriving guests and assisting with any requests
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night
• Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of guests
• Processing reservations and cancellations
• Completing end-of-day activities and preparing reports for management
• Assisting with early morning breakfast setup if required
• Laundry duties Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel software
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
