Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor, where your guest-centric and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our property's financial and operational records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Shifts are 11pm until 7am, Tuesday and Wednesday nights with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel reservation systems Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial transactions while maintaining detailed audit reports Monitor security cameras and conduct property inspections to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures Respond swiftly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a customer service problem-solving mindset, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain detailed logs of all night activities, incidents, and shift reports to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations, guest services, and property management system updates in a multilingual environment Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is preferred Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction during overnight hours Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest inquiries via phone communication is advantageous Demonstrated ability to solve customer service problems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations Prior resort experience or working in a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest relations will be viewed favorably This role offers an engaging environment where your proactive attitude and dedication to hospitality excellence will shine. Pay:
