Job Description

Responsibilities:

MUST BE 21+ This is a part time position only for 11PM-7AM Check-in and check-out guests as required. Provide great customer service to all guests. Keep detailed records of cash and other items received, run night audit, and prepare reports. Accept and verify charges for hotel services, such as telephone calls. Answer questions from hotel guests; provide information about restaurants, entertainment, local events etc. Redirect guests to appropriate personnel. Nightly cleaning Restock supplies at the front desk. You are expected to be on time, be dependable, dress professionally, show initiative, and have a positive attitude. Night Audit hours are from 11pm to 7am
