Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits of financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and guest requests. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services. Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism.
